Ignite Your Potential

Group Classes

Our group classes bring London Weightlifting to life — the energy, the coaching, the community.
You’ll follow structured programming, train with expert guidance, and lift alongside people who want to see you win.
It’s focused, supportive, and a hell of a lot more fun than going it alone.

    Weightlifting Foundations

This is your starting point for Olympic Weightlifting.
We keep things simple, focus on the key positions, and help you build confidence with the barbell — no experience needed.
Perfect for beginners, with expert coaching to set you up for long-term progress in the sport.

  • Three people sitting in a gym with weightlifting equipment; two are sitting on benches, one standing, with weight plates on the floor.

    Olympic Weightlifting

These 60-minute classes blend strength, skill, and community — for lifters at every stage.
You’ll start with a team warm-up, then follow our club programme to build technique, power, and consistency over time.
It’s structured Olympic Weightlifting — not just a workout, but a sport you can grow in.

  • Man with a long white beard lifting a barbell in a gym.

    Strength Foundations

This is your starting point for building real strength and muscle.
You'll learn the fundamentals — squats, presses, deadlifts — coached with intent and tailored to your level.
Whether you're here for performance, confidence, or long-term health, this is where it all begins.

  • A woman with long red hair assists a seated man in a gym, both are arm-wrestling, with gym equipment in the background.

    Powerbuilding

Dial in your squat, bench, and deadlift — and build strength and muscle that carry over beyond the gym.
This class develops real-world athleticism: power, control, and long-term physical capability, whether you’re training for sport, performance, or just to feel stronger in your body.
A sociable, smart and structured way to train with intent — and keep progressing.
